Along with people's life rhythm unceasing acceleration,many physical exercise insufficiency situation also is increasing,along with the sickness number and the disability number unceasing increase,also formed a part of the movement weak group,especially the pupils physique weaker student group also in the unceasing growth,also has brought the certain difficulty for our country's teaching.So how to effectively carry out the physical health of weak groups,can further improve the students ' physique,has become a lot of primary schools are more concerned about the problem.The big recess activity is one of the important ways to guarantee the students ' physical activity time and improve their physical fitness.With the continuous advancement of quality education,many primary schools also pay more and more attention to primary school recess sports activities.In the sports activities during the recess,more and more attention is paid to the participation of some students with weak physique.This paper,from the perspective of physical education and psychology,adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,combined with the students of the disadvantaged group of Zhenjiang Primary School as the object of investigation,tries to investigate the physical training attitude and sports behavior of the disadvantaged students in Zhenjiang Primary school.This paper discovers the advantages and disadvantages,aims at the particularity of the pupils ' sports disadvantaged groups,designs the activity contents of the large-class recess,stimulates the students of the disadvantaged groups to participate in the sports activities,and guides the disadvantaged groups to participate in the sports activities,and further improves the physical fitness of the disadvantaged group students.The following conclusions are drawn from this study:1,cause Zhenjiang pupils physique weak reason is due to lean and obese.Zhenjiang Primary School Sports disadvantaged group students exercise attitude is better,boys exercise attitude than girls better,in sports,its athletic intensity is also larger than girls.In addition,there is no obvious difference between the senior students and the junior students in the sports attitude.Zhenjiang Primary School sports disadvantaged groups of students in the period of the activities of the exercise is generally about 20 minutes,with moderate intensity of exercise-oriented.2,Zhenjiang pupils in the sports disadvantaged groups in the activity of students lack of exercise,the activities of a single,lack of equipment and lack of teachers to their attention,the same as the ordinary students treat the same problems.3,according to the design of the "sports disadvantaged group students of the Activity content" for education and teaching,a period of time,the movement of the disadvantaged group of students 1-minute jump rope,sit-ups and 50-meter run performance and the experiment has been significantly improved,there are significant statistical differences,to improve the physical fitness of the disadvantaged group students have obvious help.4,In principle,the design of the contents of the large class activities of the students from the disadvantaged groups of sports should fully consider the suitability,interest and safety ofthe items,time,load and intensity of the exercise,and emphasize the richness and diversity in the content.Skills are combined with physical exercise,exercise is combined with exercise intensity,interest and exercise attitude are combined;forms should be varied,homogeneous and heterogeneous groups,individual exercises and group exercises,grouped by age or gender.Games and competitions interspersed.5,This paper designs and verifies the design drawing of large class activities of sports disadvantaged group students in Zhenjiang City,which is feasible and effective,and relevant units and schools can use it for reference.Research suggestions:1,for the school,to pay attention to physical education,timely updating of sports equipment and assessment of teachers and students,do a good job in the big recess,and really put the development of students to implement,so as to eliminate the movement of the disadvantaged groups of growth;To study and excavate the sports interest of the pupils ' sports disadvantaged groups to improve their fitness awareness and fitness concept.2,For the first-line P.E.teachers,teachers should update the activity form and activity content through various ways,arouse the sports interest of the disadvantaged group students,make them willing to participate in the big recess activities to help students improve their physical fitness.3,To strengthen the training of teachers,teachers should pay enough attention to the students of the disadvantaged groups of the movement,not because they are afraid of their injuries,but to "care for them" and take care of them.According to the difference of physique of different individuals,the individualized counseling program is provided.On the basis of ensuring their safety,let them contact "activities",and other partners before the big class.
