Research On The Ideological And Political Education And Students Of Human Resources Development

As an important base for nurturing qualified builders and reliable successors of the socialist cause, universities have many valuable students of human resources. University students of human resource development not only related to the students'vital interests and the society's stability, but also to the higher education's development and the implementation of technology and education. In recent years, with the higher education reform and development of China, university students of human resources development have achieved remarkable success. At the same time, lots of problems of the students begun to emerge, such as moral decline, spirit of decadence, distortion values and so on, seriously affect the students'growth and talent. The ideological and political education of students is still to be more improved. Therefore, researching on the ideological and political education and students of human resources development has more important theoretical value and relevance. It is the way to solve current problems on university students of human resources development and put out sustainable development of ideological and political education in university and improve the quality of higher education in our country.The main body of the dissertation is composed of three parts. Part I interprets some basic concepts related to the human resources , human resources development, human resources development of the university students, analyzes the students human resources development's target significance ,achievement and current problems. Part II It deeply researches the relationship of ideological and political education and the students of human resources development, analyzes the high function, environment and principle. Part III points out the approaches to strengthen ideological and political education and promoting the development of students human resources. The ideological and political education promoting students of human resources development in university requires clear goal and innovative approaches.
