Culture is a very broad concept with very rich connotation. Culture and education is a natural relation and complex relationships. There has been lots of researches on education and culture, and I am sure more will emerge. This paper is aim at the combination of theory and practice of research on moral education culture .We started our research from the plight of temporary moral education in our middle schools, and tried to find the nature causes and seek a fundamental solution of problems of Moral education in schools by analyzing the specific issues in moral education and the deeper social and cultural reasons.The theoretical assumption of our research is based on cultural nature of moral education, Culture itself has the dual characteristics of the history and the times which determine that the development of our moral education is always among the constraints of our social culture. Especially in time of the ongoing liberalization of our society and the gradually "globalization" of the world, cultural pluralism is an inescapable reality, which caused by our social problems must be addressed. Multi-culture conflict brought confusions of our value, and then led to the confusion of our moral education and the overall fracture of our culture, which resulted in moral education without virtue in our school. Therefore, to solve our problems of today's moral education, we must solve the conflict between the traditional culture and modern culture, national culture and foreign culture,we must seek its fundamental policy from the perspective of culture .Practical operation of this study is based on the real problems of moral education in our school,starts from the cultural discontinuity in moral education of our society. We try to reconstruct a whole cultural system of moral education in order to continue culture-link, and to reproduce the integrity of the moral situation of social education in order to play the real function of moral education. In specific operation, we accomplish it through two steps: The first step, we explore modern value of traditional Confucian culture , nail down the value of Confucian culture to our contemporary moral education and make clear a kind of cultural spirit which we needed in contemporary moral education, following the principle - based on tradition, keep up with reality, and look to the future; The second step, we reconstruct the whole culture system of moral education in two ways, that is, building the core value of our schools and the overall cultural atmosphere. In this paper, we adopt this two-step to complete the reconstruction of moral education by the overall cultural construction, and hope to form a situation of moral education in society as a whole...
