Autonomous learning, a sort of peculiar ability on human beings, refers to the process of self generation, realization and development on knowledge. Internal driving force refers to the innate thirst for knowledge, learning interest and the internal survival and development requirement of learning. It is the most fundamental motive that cause, promote and maintain driving force of the study. The external driving force can be classified into tension and pressure, according to the two different emotions of the student. The force is caused by the extrinsic incentive, and the strength of the force is depend on the internal needs that student have inside. When the internal and extrinsic forces are concerned, the internal force is the root and the extrinsic is the condition. The extrinsic force works on the basis of the internal force. Thus, learning motivation is the course that to find and to stimulate and maintain their learning motivation and to induce students in the process of learning activities.Based on this understanding, the article researches on the previous related theories, and combines the stimulate theory with the independent learning theory, learning motivation theory, to explore developing problems of autonomous learning motivation from the angle of dynamics. It contains the idea of autonomous learning motivation development system on the stimulate theory and the process of analyzing on college students' autonomous learning motivation, etc.The core idea of the construction of the autonomous learning motivation development system is that the human's ideal in society, family responsibility, self-development consciousness, etc, can be transformed into the learning motivation and therefore, the exploration for college students' autonomous learning activities dynamic should not only embody the sort of "tangible" material benefits in policy aspect but also have the pride and honor concept on the premise of "respecting knowledge, respecting talented" among the whole university student groups. And what's more, the responsibility and the dedicated sense that fighting for the prosperity and wealth of the country are also needed. There are four steps to realize the effective motivation:one is to fully consider college students survival and development needs, and to improve the college students' needs in learning; Step two is to strengthen college students' self-efficacy, to protect and strengthen college students' learning motivation; Step three is to provide a good environment, and to weaken the non-learning aspect in influence of incentive and disturbance for learning goals; and the fourth is to analyze, feedback, and to re-motivate the result of the study to promote the study into a new cycle.As preparation, a group of questionnaire and lectures, interviews of seven subordinates college students in Wuhan were investigated in the year of 2009. It inspects the present situation of the self-constituted learning and its influencing factors. After the above theories and empirical researches, suggestion was made. It presents stimulating self-constituted learning motivation from countries (social), universities, family aspects, and the experiment was made in a college in Wuhan University of Technology to make the theory verified on one hand, on the other hand, to give a trial to the research to the study of Ideological Education and the practice of the student moral teaching in college.
