The context of the new curriculum on how to improve the effectiveness of teaching high school biology experiment to change the experimental teaching inefficient, ineffective or do not speak the effectiveness of the situation is the subject of research purposes. The author with the presentation of classroom observation techniques and objective conduct of a teacher teaching the course, students level of participation, experimental evaluation of the real situation, to avoid the observer's subjective factors; be able to conduct an objective analysis of teaching, and then as a teacher to teach proposed to increase or decrease in proposal is based on certain acts.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part of the problem, from the biological experiment teaching problems, we should set out the importance of this topic; second part is the theoretical foundation, respectively, the meaning of effective teaching biology experiment, the core concepts and influencing factors are more fully discussed; third part of the investigation and analysis, through classroom observation recording and analysis provide the basis for the implementation of effective teaching experiment; fourth describes the biological experiment of effective teaching strategies and implementation of the case.Through the current round of action research, I believe that an effective test prep before class, classroom diversity assessment, cooperative learning groups according to learning ability and other measures to motivate students to actively participate in the experiment to improve the success rate of experiments to enhance learning self-efficacy.
