| Physics is a science based on experiments which play an important role in the development of physics.At present,with the reform of elementary education and the implementation of New Course Standard,physics experiment teaching has become a key point in physics course reform in senior high schools.Whether students can learn effectively from experiments depends greatly on teachers’ strategies in the course teaching.Based on New Course Standard,this thesis studies the significance of effective teaching in the course reform, analyzes literature and policy related to effective teaching and New Course Standard,explores the shortness of current researches and the direction of future studies,and defines relevant concepts.According to the questionnaire by respectively teachers and students as well as interview data from physics laboratory technicians,the thesis also describes and analyzes the effective teaching of physics experiments based on New Course Reform,studies possible causes,and gives feasible methods in order to benefit both theory and practical study of physics teaching.First,the thesis studies the role of experiments in physics teaching and analyzes the characteristics of physics experiments based on New Course Standard,and discusses the new concept of effective teaching on the background of New Course.Second,after surveying,by questionnaire and interview,the facilities,teacher’s lectures, and students’ studies,the thesis summarizes the results of the survey.Third,the thesis requires and suggests all the school administrators,teachers and students to form correct understanding.Finally,based on the above examples,surveys,analyses and summaries,the thesis discusses the strategies to improve the experiment teaching effectiveness,which are as follows:1.Before each class,both teachers and students should make careful preparation;In experiment class,teacher’s demonstration,students’ operation and teacher’s guidance for students about data processing,are all important;3.After class,physics studies based on research are necessary. |
