Reasearch On The Establishing And Improving Of Sponsorship System To The Financially Disadvantaged Students In China University

Financially disadvantaged students, as a special group, shoulder much more economic burden comparing with the relatively rich peers. And the disadvantaged ones also tasted much bitter of life which others never had. Owing to the economic situation and living environment, some of them even have varieties of psychological problems. For this reason, the government, colleges and the society initially establish a sponsorship system which covers "fellowship, loan, work-study, subsidy, exemption" The system indeed helps the financially disadvantaged students solve some practical difficulties. However, with the enlargement of priority of placement and the increasing of the number of disadvantaged students, the original sponsorship system gets strongly influenced and the current problems or disadvantage of the sponsorship in our country appear. Such as the lack of input from the government, the irregular state-subsidized student loan, the insufficiency of human nature logo. Whether establish and consummate the sponsorship system to financially disadvantaged students has become a bottleneck that constrains the development of high education and ensures social equity.The author chooses how to establish and consummate the sponsorship system as the subject; explores the necessary and specific approaches looking forward to enriching the current research theoretically and leading people to pay attention to this sponsorship problem. In this way, the sponsorship work can be enhanced and improved as well as the problems which the students meet in life, study and psychonology will be solved. Finally the students can finish their study smoothly and grow up healthily.The article is divided into five parts:the first part is the introduction to the background, significance, current situation and methods of the study. The second part gives a full view of basic situation of financially disadvantaged students in our country by the analysis of the students'living condition, learning condition, ideological moral state and psychonological condition. The author also expounds reasons. The third part takes Taishan Medical University as an example, grasps the essence of the current situation of the sponsorship system in China and gives a thorough analysis of problems that exist in the system. The fourth part is the eye of the paper. The author discusses the topic in the prospective from the government, colleges, society and financially disadvantage students themselves. The paper also supplies a direction for establishing and improving the system. The fifth part draws a conclusion.
