Research On Subsidized Education System Of College Students With Financial Difficulties

The party and the government always give priority to the development of education and promote the fairness of education.They attach great importance to the financial aid for students with financial difficulties in colleges and universities.They have constantly established and improved the financial aid policy system for students with financial difficulties in colleges and universities in China.so that many students can complete their studies and grow into talents.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the National Education Conference in 2018:“To vigorously promote the reform and innovation of the education system,we must adhere to the socialist orientation of China's education modernization.Educational equity is an important basis for social equity.We must continue to develop education with the people as the center and strive to ensure that everyone enjoys opportunities for education.To gain the ability to develop themselves,contribute to society and benefit the people.” To enter a new era,to achieve the goal of "one can't be less" in building a well-off society in all respects,we must "resolutely win the battle against poverty." Colleges and universities are gathering places of talents,intelligence and science and technology,so they should have their own missions and responsibilities in the fight against poverty.It is the basic work for colleges and universities to pay attention to the combination of poverty alleviation with supporting the will and intelligence,and to realize the complete poverty alleviation of students with financial difficulties.This article through to the students with financial difficulties and relevant financial aid workers in Wenzhou colleges and universities,It finds that there are six major problems among students with financial difficulties: Poor economic conditions;Limited employment;Low academic level;Low quality ability;Narrow interpersonal communication and weak psychological endurance.The reason lies in: the chain reaction between the lack of material conditions and the weakness of its own ability;The contradiction differentiation between multi-consideration and limited energy;Eager for quick success and self-defense coexist.This paper studies four major problems in the financial aid system for students with financial difficulties in colleges and universities : the imbalance of the main body ?the simplification of content?the mechanization of methods and the short-term effect.After in-depth study,countermeasures and Suggestions are proposed for the existing problems: Firstly,optimize the main body of funding education;Secondly,enrich the content of educational subsidy;Thirdly,update the methods of the subsidy;Fourthly,improve the mechanism for funding education.
