The Study On The Female Education In Tang Dynasty

The formation of characteristics of female education in Tang Dynasty had its historical background,which continued from Southern and Northern Dynasties and went towards to Song Dynasty. Because there are lots of historical documents about female in epitaphs of Tang Dynasty,we take them as the target for the investigation of characteristics of female education in Tang Dynasty. And this thesis expatiates on female education in Tang Dynasty from two aspects:women's family education and women's education from outside. The paper indicates that women's family education in Tang Dynasty has an important role to play in the female education and provides a sample form for female education of Song Dynasty.
