Situational Teaching is the important part in musical class.it can inspire students to learn the internal motivation,and guide them to participate in classroom activities.Music Curriculum and life are closely connected.Study in living situations will enable the student to learn the new knowledge by the present one. Effective teaching situation is good to stimulate the student's interests in learning, harmonious relations between teachers and students and engage students in music class activities.In this paper,against the deviation of the situational teaching in the musical class,try to start as the characteristics of the psychological development of pupils,explore how to use the situational teaching correctly in the musical class.Firstly,in this paper,elaborate the concept and content of the situational teaching,the current situation about abroad. It was found that:Teachers in primary school music classes to implement the level of psychological development of students based on the situational design strategy can improve students interest in learning music and music aesthetic, so that students can be more actively involved in music teaching. The author in reference to other disciplines, theoretical research results of others based on the characteristics of the psychological development of pupils of the elementary school music teaching in the use of "situational teaching" in a more systematic theoretical analysis, and try to carry out a certain combination of teaching practice, with a view toable to elementary school music teaching method diversity, richness, validity of the guiding role of a certain extent.
