Music scene teaching as a factor of the music classroom teaching is an important concern of the current music teaching reform. A variety of situational teaching, encourage students to actively participate in learning the fundamental guarantee, to cultivate students’ emotion, enlightenment thinking and development of imagination, intelligence and other aspects are unique. Situational teaching can be aimed at the students’ psychological characteristics of the music school, the creation of optimized, full of emotional and rational teaching situation, to stimulate students to participate actively in the process of music learning, improve the level of students’ music learning. In the music classroom teaching, the use of various means to create appropriate teaching situation, to stimulate students’ thinking, organization and regulation of classroom teaching, so that students actively participate in teaching and learning activities, in order to improve students’ comprehensive quality.The design of music scene is conducive to the relationship between teachers and students, and stimulate the internal motivation of primary school students. Educational practice proves that in the process of teaching and learning, it is helpful to establish the educational situation, to mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of learning, to stimulate positive thinking, to cultivate creative ability, and to improve the quality of students. Resulting the mind can arouse the students’ learning desire and interest in learning, learning desire and intention, the student’s attention will double, knowledge desire doubly prosperous.Effective music scene teaching design is conducive to stimulate interest and curiosity, to guide students to participate in classroom teaching activities. The main purpose is to stimulate students’ interest and thinking, interest is the best teacher, once had the interest, also obtained the intrinsic power of inquiry knowledge.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the overview of the situation, including the theoretical basis of the situation, and the relevant survey, domestic and foreign research status, research methods and research ideas. The second part is the implementation of situational teaching in primary schools. The third part is the main form of the primary school music teaching situation, including the story situation teaching, the problem situation teaching, the life oriented situation teaching, the role playing situation teaching, the game situation teaching in the primary school music teaching in the practical application, the corresponding teaching case and the problem and solution. The fourth part is the study of the primary school music scene teaching and singing, playing, appreciation content. The fifth part is the present situation of primary school music scene teaching.This paper is based on the reform of music education in the background of the research, through investigation and research, to carry out the necessity of music scene teaching to everyone, hoping to engage in music education in primary schools, especially primary school teachers to provide some materials into the line, in order to develop a good strategy to promote primary school music scene, so that the work of music educators better.
