We do not know since when, everywhere in our lives filled with news about superstars, sports stars, film stars and media people often in the newspapers, magazines and other media headlines location, and their endorsement of the advertising is everywhere, covering all areas of our lives. In these stars, only a small number of people who we call a super star, in their respective areas of very high impact, and their pay is often ten times higher than ordinary stars, even several times. Why is there a superstar? What factors determine who will become a superstar in the field? Why did superstars and ordinary stars have such a large pay gap? The paper around these issues, introduced winner-take-all market, and introduced several theories of different scholars, and then proposed a question: What factors determine the emergence of a superstar? Is only the past consumption or media? The ultimate goal of this paper is not just limited to analysis insports, entertainment superstar phenomenon, but more importantly, an inspiration to us ordinary people, that winner takes all phenomenon in today's society is very popular, this trend has been extended to the judiciary, medicine, education, investment banking, fashion, publishing, media and business management personnel and other fields. For our ordinary workers, television, newspapers, magazines, advertising superstar seems very far away from us, But in reality, all walks of life superstar is everywhere. So how to plan their career path, that their own career development shows a steady upward trend, and ultimately realize their value. Perhaps we can find some insights from this paper.Based on the competing - however not mutually exclusive - theories of superstar formation proposed by Rosen (1981) and Adler (1985), it is controversial if talent alone or other factors like popularity also influence stardom. One of the main obstacles to testing the superstar theories is the inherent difficulty of measuring talent, especially when analyzing team production settings. Investigating superstar emergence in professional soccer, Franck and Stephan Nuesch makes use of extensive individual performance data to estimate a player's talent by his contribution to the team's winning probability. Running quantile regressions they find evidence that both talent and popularity significantly contribute to the stars'market values and generate positive spill-over effects. This finding not only can help a potential superstar players decide how to enhance their career inspiration from time to time, but also have developed our understanding of stars. This conclusion can be extended to all areas of real life, such as the production of management field superstar. In the final, we have discussed separately the mass media in the formation of a superstar to play an irreplaceable role. In a sense, the mass media can also be considered a founder of a super star.
