| Sports stars,as scarce resources in society,not only create social and economic benefits,but also play a forward-looking,leading and demonstrative role in the training of young reserve talents.The training of juvenile reserve talents of table tennis is related to the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of the cause of table tennis in China.The demonstration effect of sports stars plays a positive role in promoting the training of juvenile reserve talents of table tennis,which is helpful to improve the quality and efficiency of the training of juvenile reserve talents of table tennis.However,at present,the functional value of sports star effect has not been effectively applied to the training of young reserve talents in China,and there are problems such as spontaneity,non-standardization,non-systematization,non-organization and non-guidance,which lag behind the level of relevant work abroad.Reason for table tennis sports star effect on wuhan youth to study the influence of reserve personnel training,can clear table tennis sports star effect for wuhan juvenile reserve personnel training development present situation,existing problems and the actual value,so as to enhance sports star effect in wuhan city table tennis guide teenagers backup talent cultivation in the process of practice,Solve its existing problems,so as to improve its efficiency and quality.At the same time,it provides reference and inspiration for promoting the sustainable development of China’s youth reserve table tennis talents.Based on the symbol theory of Saussure and Pearce,this paper conducts a regional and systematic study on the influence of sports star effect on the training of young table tennis reserve talents in Wuhan by using the research methods of literature,Delphi survey,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.Through the above studies,the following conclusions can be drawn:（1）Sports star effect has five functions: educational function leading,social value leading,sports value leading,technical and tactical leading and sports spirit leading.（2）The indicators of the influence of sports stars on the training of young reserve talents include 6 grade 1 indicators,34 grade 2 indicators,the first level indicators are sports values,technical and tactical ability,self-sports pursuit,sports growth experience,sports imitation learning and lifelong sports habits.（3）There are five practical dilemmas in the training of young table tennis talents in Wuhan,namely,the lack of clear sports values,the narrow selection channels,the lack of technical improvement approaches,the lack of motivation for participation in training,and the difficulty in pursuing stable and lasting sports.（4）Sports star effect has the greatest influence on sports spirit,tactical understanding,self-realization,primary school stage,technical tactics and sports skills,and the least influence on appearance,basic skills,motivation for training,college stage,social behavior and quality of life.（5）The optimization strategies of the influence of sports star effect on the training of young table tennis reserve talents in Wuhan should include strengthening the publicity of sports stars and setting up the correct sports values of table tennis teenagers;Depending on the sports star effect,broaden the selection range of table tennis youth reserve talents actively;To strengthen the star technology imitation training,improve the technical and tactical literacy ability of table tennis teenagers;To understand the change of star players and enhance the cultural connotation and deposits of youth table tennis;Give full play to the cultural value of sports stars,help table tennis youth career planning personalized transformation;To enhance the influence of sports projects,optimize the training environment of table tennis youth reserve talents;Building interactive communication platform,and increasing the training opportunities for young reserve talents. |
