| In this paper, introduced sports related enterprises, BSC, ANP, spider diagram and other related concepts and related theories. On this basis, the paper specifically studied the sports related enterprise governance structure, mechanisms, and the problems and causes in the current situation of governance, in order to research the enterprise governance performance evaluation system and evaluation research deeply.The paper analyzed the status of sports related enterprise governance performance evaluation, identified the research gaps. The paper was emphasis on stakeholder contributions and needs of the sports related enterprise. Target selection and the logic of cause and effect relationship were innovated, then selected the model of BKP to build an integrated model of performance evaluation index system of governance to try to make the design and selection of indicators was reasonable, scientific, systemic and practical, in order to achieve sports related enterprise governance performance measurement purposes.On the basis research of sports enterprise governance performance evaluation methods, the paper analyzed the comparative advantage about the performance evaluation model approach, ANP network analysis method, spider net diagram. And then the paper deeply analyzed the evaluation model approach with the adaptation of the sports related enterprise governance performance. Focused on evaluation methods for operational and effectiveness, the paper applied spider net diagram as a performance evaluation method and results of the output effective manner for the first time. Through various governance indicators, evaluation methods, the paper used to design and achieve the sports relate enterprise governance performance quantified and evaluated, ultimately realized the evaluation scientific.At last, the paper examined the research results in practice, which confirmed the scientific and the rationality.
