As the rapid promotion and popularization of network nowadays, the internet communication is becoming an important part of social interactions of the modern people, especially for college students. The moral issues exposed in internet communication, which reflect the value orientation of this new generation of students, should be paid close attention. The main focus of this article is to study the moral issues underlying in internet communication of college students, to grasp their moral orientations, and to analyze the root of these problems and make exploratory coping tactics.The author believes that the proper guidance of students'moralities and consciousness in internet communication, the maintenance of the clean internet environment by individuals, families, colleges and societies, and the full play of positive effects of internet communication, are worthwhile and of significance. These measures not only provide students better and effective interpersonal relationships in their daily lives, but also give valuable experience for civil internet moral construction in future. And these measures have great importance of the promotion of the healthy development of internet, the stipulation of internet morality standards, and the establishment of internet behavior norms.In this article, analytical methods such as literature review, questionnaire survey, and interviews were used. Internet behaviors and moral orientations of the college students in Xi'an, reflected in the questionnaire survey, were analyzed. The problems were attributed to the external social ethic failure, the weakening of colleges'and families'moral education, and college students'internal moral decline. While analyzing the source of the moral decline of college students, the author emphasized moral cognition, moral emotion, and moral will when dissecting moral decline in college students, which was of innovation. In the end, the author proposed a counterplan that efforts should be initiated from the legal constraints, moral agents, social regulations, college educations, family caring, and personal self-discipline, etc., and only by joint efforts a favorable environment for internet communication could be created.
