The approach technique of the long jump movement is not only the key of long jump technique, but also is the important factor of achievements. In recent years, many scholars have done some targeted research on the approach technique. For example, the study of speed and rhythm in approach rear process, the study of landmarks set in approach rear process, the study of approach start and accelerate mode, etc. But these studies did not solve the question of the approach accuracy.Considering the factors that affect the long jump approach, this paper integrated music with long jump teaching as an auxiliary means. Designed a teaching and training methods assisted in the music. It discussed the effect of means of using music on approach accuracy, approach speed utilization rate, pedal accuracy, and the performance of long jump. The purpose is to design good music small kind reference to the long jump approach, improve the accuracy and stability of long jump, enhance the approach technique level and the performance of long jump.This paper mainly used literature, comparative experiment method, mathematical statistics method research on the problem. Firstly, tested and computed the absolute velocity, approach speed, speed utilization rate, pedal accuracy, and the performance of long jump for the 20 students (the experimental group A 10, the control group B 10) under the conditions of doing not impose any factors. Secondly, using professional music software and choosing strong sense of musical rhythm, designed and produced new music small kind. Performed an experiment upon 10 samples of college students in the experimental group with musical accompaniment, the teaching tasks and content were the same as the control group and the experimental group in addition to musical accompaniment for the experimental group. Experiments had carried out 15 weeks, and then tested approach accuracy, approach speed utilization rate, pedal accuracy, and the performance of long jump for the students in the control group and the experimental group.Some conclusions:(1)Approach speed is the key factor for the performance of long jump. The faster the approach speed did not mean the better performance. It only provides a good condition. If the absolute speed and approach speed ratio exceeds the scope of its control, the stability of the Approach rhythm will change. It will bring very negative impact on the speed of take-off.(2) Exercises approach with musical accompaniment can allow participants to coordinate the speed and approach rhythm, help to improve the accuracy of approach. (2) Exercises approach with musical accompaniment can allow participants to coordinate the speed and approach rhythm, help to improve the accuracy of approach.(3) Doing exercises in the changing pace of the music, Step length and step frequency can be changed relatively stable, especially the rear steps, Step length becomes stable and step frequency significantly speeds up.This can create a good rhythm for rapidly jumping on board and take-off, conducive to accurate pedal and achieve outstanding results.(4) Strong sense of rhythm in music and sports is the common features. Using music rhythm can help player to improve and master of rhythm control, make irregular movements of human in the unit time to achieve the unity of the relative order.(5) Music is an art of conveying information through the auditory. It can help people to focus and constrain people's attention. The relative concentration of attention on the human body to learn and practice motor skills has more effectiveness and on the psychological stability has good help.
