| According to modern teaching theory,teachers are required to pay attention to the selection and innovation of teaching methods and means in the process of teaching,and the methods and means should conform to the nature of students and the formation of motor skills.In school physical education teaching,it has been regarded as the key basis to improve the quality and effect of physical education teaching to choose the methods and means related to physical education teaching activities.Sports colleges and universities are one of the important bases to cultivate national sports reserve talents.The level of students’ mastery of technology reflects the teaching quality and teaching effect of the school to a certain extent.In the long jump,run-up rhythm is one of the important factors that affect the quality of run-up and take-off techniques,and then affect the effect of follow-up technical actions.From the early investigation,it is found that in the current long jump teaching,the difficulty of teaching is not the air technical movement,but the students’ poor run-up rhythm and low accuracy of step jump.How to let the students master the stable run-up rhythm in the limited teaching hours,improve the accuracy of jumping and the connection technology between run-up and take-off? It is an urgent problem to be solved in the current teaching.Based on the practical needs of rhythm practice as the starting point,this study uses the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,experiment and mathematical statistics to select two classes of students from grade 2020 of physical education major as the experimental objects.This paper tries to apply rhythm practice in long jump teaching to test and analyze whether this method and means can stimulate students’ interest in long jump learning,improve the stability of run-up rhythm,the accuracy of take-off pedal,the technical level of connection between run-up and take-off and the overall sense of rhythm,and finally achieve the role of promoting long jump performance and teaching effect.After the teaching experiment of rhythm practice,the relevant data are statistically analyzed,and the following conclusions are drawn:1.Using rhythm practice in long jump teaching,combined with the technical characteristics of run-up and take-off and the actual situation of students,the rhythm audio produced by metronome is more accurate and scientific than the previous methods such as high fives and shouts.2.Rhythm practice can promote the mastery and improvement of long jump skills.The designed specialized practice is conducive to improving the special quality and ability,and effectively strengthen the students’ sense of rhythm,and enhance the stability of run-up rhythm.3.Rhythm practice and traditional teaching methods and means are conducive to the mastery and improvement of long jump technology,but rhythm practice is more targeted in the approach and take-off technology.In the same class hour,students can master run-up and take-off skills faster,improve the overall technical level and performance more obviously,and the learning effect is also better.4.Rhythm practice is novel and interesting.Students are full of curiosity and thirst for knowledge about its means and content.Using new and unique methods and means in teaching can effectively improve students’ interest in long jump learning.5.Rhythm practice is not simply to solve the problem of run-up rhythm,but based on the development of rhythm and speed quality,it can better connect with the follow-up technology and indirectly affect the whole technical link of long jump. |
