Evaluation of professional ethics of teachers is a hot spot currently concerned and researched by ethics education and education. Moral evaluation of teachers, also known as ethical evaluation of teachers, is an important form of moral activity. It enables education to implement the ethical principles and norms and transformed to ensure ethical behavior for teachers. However, through a large number of phenomena by observation and theoretical analysis, we found that China's current evaluation system of professional ethics of teachers are underdeveloped. This situation will inevitably lead to a moral disorder of the functions and role of teachers, and thus would lose its meaning and become exstinct. Therefore, changing the status of teachers' moral evaluation system, which already appears its defects, and vigorously strengthen the building of ethical ethics evaluation system becomes imperative. This dissertation interpretes theoretically from evaluation of professional ethics of teachers, through in-depth analysis of the evaluation system of ethics problems and their causes, therefore, proposed to establish a scientific system of moral evaluation of teachers, concerning specific suggestions and strategies. This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction to this article. This chapter includes the purpose and significance of topic, literature review, research methods and theoretical innovations. The essay proposes evaluation system of the current construction of the importance of ethics, mainly from the point of view of theoretical background and actual situation.The second chapter discusses the principal knowledge of the evaluation of professional ethics teachers. This section highlights both the connotation and denotation of evaluation of professional ethics of teachers, evaluation criteria, the form it based on. Meanwhile, it introduces the professional ethics, professional ethics of teachers and relevant theories of moral evaluation.The third chapter illustrates the professional ethics of teachers in the evaluation of contemporary problems and their causes are analyzed. The part of the problems are analyzed separately from for aspects:the status of professional ethics of teachers, teacher evaluation standards of professional ethics, professional ethics of teachers on the evaluation, and evaluation of professional ethics of teachers described four aspects of value orientation. The part of reasons analysis, includeing shortage of evaluation of the importance of ethics awareness, lacking of quatos of practical ethics evaluation, and the proportion of students entering schools of a higher grade being still an important criterion to the assessment of the ethics of teachers and a way of meta-evaluation of the main evaluation of the leading ethics, are the major four parts restrict the evaluation system.Chapter IV describes the contemporary moral evaluation system of teachers' professional ethics. This chapter is the solution part, which solves problem mainly from the evaluation of the degree of attention to enhance ethics, practical ethics to evaluate the concept-oriented evaluation to establish credible standards of ethics, to develop an expanding moral evaluation system replacing of punishment, as well as realizing the methods of the moral assessment of teachers' professional ethics.
