Parenting beliefs influence their behavior. As an important part of parenting beliefs, parental expectation affects children's development. Using interviewing and observation method, from five aspects:learning performance, future achievements, moral habits, life ability and interpersonal., this research analysis parental expectation and parental behavior of migrant woekers in Beijing on 3—6 year-old children, and find that parental expectation is different from parental behavior in three aspects:learning performance, moral habits and interpersonal., then find reasons and give advices.The conclusion of parental expectation and parental behavior is:1. Learning performance expectations, two fathers expect that their children have a happy childhood, but in educational behavior, fathers teach children write a few words and understand digital.2. Future achievements expectations, both in parental expectation and parental behavior, fathers all let children can get Bachelor degree, and find a stable job and enjoy their happy life.3. Moral habits expectations, fathers expect that children can develop good moral behavior, but in educational behavior, the stress of life and the parents bad behavior is bad for children's development of moral habits.4. Interpersonal expectations, two fathers expect that children can share with their companion and help each other, but in fact, their interpersonal range is confined in their villagers.5. Life ability expectations, in parental expectation and parental behavior, two fathers teach their children be independence and self-reliance.
