Since China implemented the Reform and Opening-up policy, its urbanization process accelerated. As a result, population flow rate increased year on year, and more peasants moved to urban areas. To guarantee that children of these migrant workers can get compulsory education in cities, the state stipulated related laws and regulations, but still could not solve the problem of “fair education” fundamentally. To make school-age children stand on the same starting-line is a necessary measure to achieve harmonious society.Every child is the hope and future of the country, and his or her right to get compulsory education cannot be affected due to social status of elder generation. This essay takes the Tianqiao district of Qinan,Shandong province as an example to analyze the fair opportunities of migrant children to receive compulsory education, using the methods of literature review, investigative research and descriptive statistics.Based on the analysis of statistics,it proposes solutions from the perspectives of government guarantee, social concern, school leading and family environment to get to the root of migrant children's fair compulsory education opportunities. |
