Lifelong education is a world educational principal of the 21th century, and every country consider lifelong education as the guidelines for educational reform. Since the 60s of the 20th century, with the forming of lifelong education, It has drawn close attention of the education field that how to learn to learn. Mastering and using the learning strategy are the basis of learning to learn, so learning strategy is always a hot topic in the research of pedagogy and psychology. If the college students want to effectively carry out studies, they need to have some learning strategy. Study resources is the most important ingredient of learning activities. Learning should have learning resources, just as producing should have productive resources. If the students do not manage the learning resources efficiently, their learning activities can not go on smoothly and persistently. Knowing policy of learning resource management is aim to use learning resources scientifically reasonably and increase efficiency in learning.First,this article reviews the conception and connotation of management strategy of sports learning resource. We tested 635 university students of five Henan general colleges and universities with our " questionnaire on management strategy of sports learning resource " to invest the using situation of the management strategy of sports learning resource and analyze the main problem and reason when students using the strategy and discuss the method to learn the strategy and offer advice to use the strategy better.The results revealed:(1)The level of physical learning resource managemen of students of Sports Training Speciality in Henan is not high, and the dimension is inconsistant and the level of hard management strategy is the highest and the level of environmental and time management strategies are the second high, and the level of asking for help is the lowest.(2)Hena province university student sports training the time value of feeling,time monitoring view and time self-efficacy are lower in time management strategies dimensions.They aren't good preparation and review the habit.They cannot properly arrange and planning to learn practice time.(3)Henan province university sports training students also not used effectively library,reference room,network and so on assisted learning resources.Henan province university sports training students would not and be good at for help.(4)On the factors influencing the level of physical learning resource managemen, the have a clear understanding students of Sports Training Speciality in Henan have clear understanding.(5)Henan province university sports training the student sports learning resource management strategy training countemeasures is:to strengthen students'learning strategies of guidance;to strengthen students'learning strategies of training;cultivating students'high motivation of study;rich and optimize the teaching methods,cooperative;overall arrangement in learning time,efficicent utilization best time.
