On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Child Gymnastics In Henan Province

Child gymnastics not only promote the physical and mental well-being of children, it also can improve functional capacity and strengthen children's coordination and sensitivity. In the paper, I'd like to research and analyze tutorial modes of child gymnastics in Henan province, and I find out that there're many advantages through doing this, such as: it can improve teaching quality of child gymnastics and enlarge teaching scale; could provide superior seeds for competitive gymnastics; and it also provide theoretical basis of sound development of child gymnastics in Henan province.According to present research achievements, there're few researches about tutorial mode of child gymnastics. In the paper, I would like to analyze it from literature study, investigation, systematic statistics and observation method. The findings are following like this:1. The child gymnastics in Henan Province are diversification. There're physique teaching ideology, popularizing lifelong sports ideology, happy sports ideology, teaching skills and comprehensive development teaching ideology. In which physique teaching ideology plays a dominant role, the next are happy sports and teaching skills ideology.2. The aims of child gymnastics in Henan Province are to strengthen children's physique, to develop children's athletic competence and to make children master gymnastics basic sports skills. Besides, they pay great attention to cultivate children's interest. However, they give not enough weight to develop children's morality and individual character, and to develop children's intelligence.3. There're not unified teaching materials in Henan child gymnastic teaching. Half of teachers choose teaching materials by themselves. Most of teachers take relevant rules as first objective basis, and they arrange gymnastics exercises according to children's physique and interests. 28% teachers set up teaching by their own experience. 4. The teaching contents of child gymnastic in Henan Province are mainly freestanding exercise and hand apparatus, aid special apparatus. Due to quite few teaching places, apparatus and skills of teachers, the hand apparatus are broadcast calisthenics and queue.5. Being leaders, the teachers play an important role in Henan child gymnastic, but it cannot bring students into full play. Thus it cannot kindle the enthusiasm for gymnastics to children.6. The hardware environment of child gymnastics in Henan Province is defective. About half of kindergartens can satisfy the basic requirement of places and apparatus. But about one-fifth kindergartens cannot meet the demands, and lag behind the development of child gymnastics.7. The teaching aims are relying mainly on development of children's body and mind, supplemented by basic action. There're many kinds of teaching methods to form organizational types: demonstration method; game play method and situational approach.8. Physical education is the main organizational form in present teaching methods. And morning exercises and outdoor athletics exercise are also usual organizational forms. Besides these, sports meet and class characteristic are also belonging to it.9. In the survey of gymnastics teaching, most of teachers focus on learning result, but not learning process and students'self-evaluation.
