With the development of economy and the improvement of living standard, well-being has increasingly attracted wide attention, particularly the vulnerable groups."Ant family", a newly appeared item recently in China, following three main vulnerable groups (peasants, peasants-workers and laid-off worker) after"the fourth vulnerable group", especially of a inhabiting group of 80 after generation graduates whom earned 1000RMB to 2500RMB each month, lived together in urban and rural connecting areas and suburb countryside and were called"inhabited by groups of low-income college graduates" at very first, most of them between 22 to 29 years old. The working well-being is a positive mental experience during working process and a relatively stable subjective feeling. The working well-being is also a sense of worth, which embodies the individual's pursuit of self-value realization via working from deep depth,which involved staffs'feelings about all aspects of the work or working environment, such aspects as the work itself, work capacity, pay, work place, colleagues, promotion of higher authorities, compensation, politics and implementations and some other elements. Under the guide of the theoretical model of affection factors on work well-be and with use of combine with theoretical and empirical study methods, this paper, taking parts of Wuhan"Ant family"as research object, studied the relationship between working well-being and its affection factors as well as formation mechanism.This paper focused on the study of affection factors on the working well-being of the"Ant family". This paper can be divided into five parts: Began by consulting related information and literature, this paper introduced the purposes and meanings of well-being study, and reviewed the research and achievement on well-being both home and abroad. The second part analyzed theory factions and measure scale related to well-being, proposed a theory assumption of working well-being of"Ant family", based on realization of work present condition of"Ant family". The third part analyzed the factors that affect the working well-being of Ant family, based on retrieving, reorganizing and filtering the questionnaires, which paved the way for further study. Measured the related factors of working well-being by using the mature scale and analyzed the related indexes, some shortcomings of this research had been pointed out. The fourth part mainly studied the formation mechanism of affection factors on working well-being by discussing and analyzing the research outcome.Based on the achievement of empirical study, related suggestions about how to improve the working well-being of Ant family had been proposed. According suggestions for the development and management of human resource as well as future research direction related to well-being had also been put forward.
