With the progress of society and the boost of woman's independent consciousness,a large number of professional women appears.As professional women,on the one hand,overall two-child policy makes more reproductive numbers in many families.Under the pattern of Chinese traditional family division of labor,the more number of births means that the professional woman needs to spend more time and energy on raising children,and maybe affect the input of their working hours.On the other hand,because of the intense competition of work place and enterprise efficiency pressure,the professional women need to extend working hours to meet job's needs,affect their working time satisfaction.At present,the professional woman suffers from dual role pressure,parents' support is known as suitable child's care resources and gets attention.How to relieve family-work conflicts that the professional woman faces,and reduce unreasonable overtime,it is a urgent problem that is worthy of the attention of all sectors of society.In view of above aim,this thesis uses 2018 CFPS database,Stata15.0 and ordered probit model to study the effect of the number of births on the working hours of professional women and find that:(1)After controlling other variables,the more number of births can make more negative role in the working hours of professional women observably.(2)In the way of the incomplete mediating effect of family-work conflicts,the number of births can make effect on the working hours of professional women,and parent's support has positive regulated effect on this process.(3)In heterogeneity analysis,parent's support can relieve family-work conflicts which faced by the urban professional women effectively;For the female employees who work in institutional employing unit,the number of births can affect the working hours sensitively;For highly educated women,the number of births has little effect on their working hours;In addition,the regulating effect of parent's support can work effectively among the group of secondary educated professional women.(4)The number of births can affect the working time satisfaction of professional women by affecting the working hours of professional women primarily,to a certain extent,there is a negative correlation between the working hours and the working time satisfaction of professional women.This thesis combines with China's national conditions and empirical analysis conclusions,and puts forward relevant policy suggestions which come from the nation/government,business management,individual/family three levels,it is not only good for the accord and win-win development of female employee,enterprise efficiency and the further perfection of enterprise human resource management system,but also good for demographic adjustment,which is viewed as the supporting measure of birth policy.
