Also the supervision and management to the social public media and the social management institution are optimized. In the campus environment, the modern education technology is introduced to develop the network education resources. And also other measures are presented: to beautify the looks of school, to strengthen the facilities construction, to establish high-quality teachers team, to improve the school institution environment, to deepen the campus culture and to reinforce the campus network construction.In conclusion, high colleges and universities should pay attention to build a good education environment to adapt to the growth of the talents. The education environment and the development of the college students' quality should be integrated to eliminate the negative effects the education environment brings to the development of the college students' quality, to enhance the effectiveness of the development of the college students' quality and then to cultivate the high-quality talents for the socialist construction.
