Research purpose: this paper aims to provide theory support for losing weight through scientific movement and sports Anti-inflammatory, by discussing the influence of high-intensity spasmodic swimming on diet inducing fat rat obesity and related Inflammatory factors associated with obesity such as CRP,IL-6,TNF-a.Research method: Among 70 male SD rats, ten of them are randomly chosen as blank control group (Group C) while the rest form high fat diet inducing fat rat models through 8- week's high fat diet. After the successful model formation, fat rats are randomly divided into 4 groups: high fat feed control group (Group HC), 8, move freely without interference; normal feed control group (Group LC), 8, move freely without interference; aerobic exercise group (Group A), 8, swim with 4% self-body weight, 30min/d, 6 times/week, totally 6 weeks; high-intensity spasmodic training group (Group B), 20, swim with 6% self-body weight, 3 min rest after each 5 min, one day for one group, 6times for each group, 6 days in each week, totally 6 weeks. After 6-week training, Group B rats are randomly divided into Group 1 and Group 2. After training, Group C, Group HC, Group LC, Group A, and Group B1 rats are fasting for 12 hours and are taken abdominal aorta blood .After training, Group 2 rats have one-week rest and then are taken blood after being drugged by ether. Each group are tested on weight, quantity of flat, flat ratio, TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C, Serum CRP with Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, Serum IL-6,TNF-αwith radioimmunoassay.Research result: 1) compared with Group C, Group HC presents significant difference (P<0.01)on weight, quantity of flat, flat ratio, TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C; diet control can reduce weight, quantity of flat, flat ratio, TC,TG,LDL-C but rises HDL-C (P<0.05); movement reduces weight, quantity of flat, flat ratio, TC,TG,LDL-C but rises HDL-C( P<0.01); Group A and Group B1 show no significant difference on weight, quantity of flat, flat ratio, TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C.2) Group HC rats, compared with Group C, present significant difference(P<0.01)on CRP,IL-6,TNF-α; compared with Group LC, Group HC reduces significantly(P<0.05) on CRP,TNF-α, compared with other groups, Group B1 rises significantly(P<0.05) on IL-6; compared with Group LC, Group A and Group B2 present significant difference (P<0.05)on CRP,IL-6,TNF-α; compared with Group B2, Group A has no statistic difference on CRP,IL-6,TNF-α; Group B1 is significantly higher than Group B2 on CRP,IL-6.Conclusion:①8-week high fat diet can succeed with the formation of high fat diet inducing fat rat model, which turns up serious chaos of blood fat metabolism with chronic inflammation.②High-intensity interval training is superior to aerobic exercise in reducing body fat.③High-intensity interval training can reduce the degree of chronic inflammation which caused by obesity.
