Objective:Aim to understand the effect of high intensity interval training program with different interval duration on the physiological changes of sprinters, the changes of physical function and muscle function of athletes in the 200+200meters training program with different interval were analyzed and compared. It provides scientific basis for the formulation of high intensity interval training scheme and the monitoring of training intensity index in sprint training.Methods:12 male sprinter athletes was recruited in this experiment.Three high-intensity interval training programs of 200+200 meters with different intervals were completed in three days on the 400-meter outdoor track. The first groups was the fixed interval group, with 2 minutes between 200 meters and 10 minutes between sessions. The second was descending interval group, with the interval decreased from2 minutes to 1.5 minutes and 10 minutes between sessions. The third was the pyramid interval group, with the interval decreased from 2 minutes to 1.5 minutes and 7minutes between sessions. The program order was selected randomly and rest for at least 48 hours after each program is completed.K4b~2 is used to collect 30 minutes of rest, the completion of the program and 20minutes after completion of the gas metabolism. The blood lactic acid is collected during each 200 meters instantly,3 minutes,5 minutes and 9 minutes after exercise. The Polar chest band Bluetooth heart rate band is used to recorded the heart rate throughout the experiment.Results:1)Oxygen uptake:With the increase of sessions, oxygen uptake decreases first and then remains stable in the fixed interval group, which is basically flat in the descending interval group, and decreases in the pyramid interval group. The pyramid interval group has more oxygen demand than the other two groups and the interval shortening in the group may increase the amount of oxygen taken.2)In the fixed interval group the total amount of EPOC using body weight to standardized EPOC after the exercise is less than another two groups.During rapid phase of EPOC recovery, there is no significant difference between three groups.3)Blood lactic acid:The value increased gradually with the increase of the number of sessions. The peak blood lactic acid was reached in 3-5 minutes between groups. The maximum accumulation of blood lactic acid was observed in the fixed interval group and the minimum was observed in the pyramid interval group.Interval shortening in the session may reduce the value of immediate blood lactic acid and the overall accumulation value of blood lactic acid after exercise and may maintaine the value at a low level.Changes in interval and rest in the session may have an impact on the peak blood lactic acid.Conclusion:1)Interval shortening in the session may reduce the value of immediate blood lactic acid and the overall accumulation value of blood lactic acid to decrease after exercise and may maintaine the value at a low level.2)The interval become shorte may increases the amount of oxygen taken during exercise.3)Interval changes may increase the peak blood lactic acid and the rapid recovery phase of excessive oxygen consumption after exercise.
