In 2006, in order to give full play to the role of graduate student innovation and improve the quality of graduate students, the Ministry of Education launched the reform of graduate education system in an attempt to break the long-term, "a test set for life" situation, through the introduction of rolling Scholarship Assessment Act, to promote Graduate studies initiative. But, due to the special nature of post-graduate courses, it is difficult to achieve a consistent standard of all teachers, which has lead to dissatisfaction with the students.First, according to the background of the University Fellowships.I have a deep analysis of score gap because of particularity of each graduate course. Then give a overall description of the algorithm for evaluating college scholarships for use in most college. Then give a more objective Algorithm with the actual situation of School of Science, which can be used for graduates'rating.Finally, according to the actual situation of the School of Science and the document about Fellowships, I established an evaluation system named Fellowships Evaluation Systems for School of Science Graduate. The system provides three ways to display the ranking, either as the use of practical work, but also calculate and the algorithm mentioned in the paper, and then analyzed through the result.
