Development Of High School Biology Classroom Teaching Evaluation

The new turn of courses reform advocates "based upon course,promote the evaluation of development ."As shown in the result of evaluation to the new course experiment areas by National Education Ministry,the lag of evaluation is one of the problems.The evaluation reform is not only one of the goals of course reform,but a nessary to make sure that the reform can go smoothly.To achieve this goal,the evaluation concept and system which can reflect the concept of the new course education must be set up.The developing class education evaluation is the main part of the developing teacher evaluation.How to measure the quality and effectiveness of a class is relevant to whether the guide of evaluation is right,and it is revelant directively to whether the evaluation is justice and reasonable,and adjust to the requirement of quality education and man's develop.One one hand,such developing class education evaluation to teachers and students ,which is premised by respecting the evaluation objects and develops by promoting their development so that can meet the need of self-realization ,can develop the teachers' proficiency ,improve their professional ethics,professional ability and Quality of innovation;on the other hand,by setting up the scientific moving system,it becomes effective to discover and develop syudents' proficiency,promote their all-round and initiative development,and bring about remarkable results of promoting students'quality of innovation and practical ability.This article ,starting from the new prospect and mentality of biology teaching evaluation,developed a new evaluation system,which emphasizes teachers'self-evaluation combining the evaluation of school operating personnel executives,students and parents,and reflect biology character,qualitative and quantitative combined ,striving to make class education give full scope as is promised.And it also wanted to provide powerful guarantee for the conversion of middle school biology teacher's concept,the promotion of teaching level and smooth moving of middle school biology teaching reform.
