Research On Construction Of Counselors Of University Of Science And Engineering

College counselor system plays an important role in China's ideological and political education system. It has a significant meaning in achieving stable development of universities, training of qualified builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics. After several years'development, there are some common problems and some special differences in the counselor team construction of different types of universities. The counselor team construction of University of Science and Engineering has its own special characteristics. Therefore, a high-quality counselor team is a very important part in the development of University of Science and Engineering. The paper tries to discuss the problems raised in the counselors construction of universities of science and engineering and presents some countermeasures to enforce the counselors construction based on the combing of the current science and engineering building at the counselor's achievements and experience from the perspective of counselors construction of the University of Science and Engineering.This thesis basis on the development of Marxist theory on the people and people-oriented concept.The first, it consists of its purpose, its significance of this study, its related literature review, research ideas and methods and innovations. The second, it describes the definition and theoretical concepts of the construction of University of Science and Engineering. It explains the definition of University of Science and Engineering, the definition of counselors and the basic meaning of the counselors'construction respectively. In addition, it makes a summary of theoretical basis to the counselor construction of university of science and engineering. The third, it analyzes the features of counselors'construction and its working objects in the University of Science and Engineering. It describes the status characteristics, structural characteristics and work characteristics in the counselors'construction of university of science and engineering of counselors and its complexity of work objects and impact of the work of counselors. The fourth, it analyses the status of counselors'construction in university of science and engineering. Based on positive experience in counselors'construction team building, it explores the counselors'construction problems and its reasons. The last, the present paper tries to propose some countermeasures to strengthen the counselors' construction of University of Science and Engineering. It should clarify the goal of counselors'construction and optimize the structure of counselors'construction, at the same time, it should improve the long-term mechanism, management and training mechanism of the university of science and engineering mechanism.
