With the continuous expansion of the scale of the education and the cause of the rapid development of online education, online education constantly create a relaxed, free teaching and learning environment for learners and teachers, so it is acclaimed by learners and teachers. As independent Study is the main part of the network learning, so learner's learning effect highly associated with their own literacy and learning styles.This paper summaries and analyzes the domestic and foreign literatures about the network learning behavior monitoring, finds out that learners still show the characteristics of lack of self-regulation ability, it directly affects the learning outcomes of learners, because that traditional network education lack the monitor and guidance of teachers. The learner is the main body of online education, all of the learning behaviors and outcomes of the learners in the network learning process are very useful information. If learning behaviors on the network are made the appropriate monitoring and statistic, and effective presented to the learners, it would greatly enhance the learner's learning outcomes, and even more to improve the learners'self-regulatory capacity to reduce the"Lost"phenomenon occurs. Therefore, it is necessary to adding the information visualization feedback mechanism into the network learning behavior monitoring process.This paper use the methods of document analysis,comparison of induction and experimental research, under the guidance of self-regulated learning, behavioral science, activities theory, combined with SCORM 2004 standards, build a network learning behavior monitoring visualization model, and based on this model, design and implement the network learning behavior monitoring visualization system, to make the invisible network learning behavior vividly presented to the learner, in the form of time series and content sequence, in order to facilitate learners to implement self- regulated, and promptly adjust learning programs and learning attitudes. In addition, the network learning behavior monitoring visualization system also help teachers to organize the network courses and provide personalized guidance to learners, appropriately make up the shortage of the control and guidance of teachers in the online study to make learner not feeling alone, so that forming the effectiveness feedback of teaching between teachers and students, this constant feedback to help students get multiple evaluations, thereby enhancing independent study ability, to achieve optimum teaching effectiveness. The network learning behavior monitoring visualization system, can really implement the purposes of network learning behavior monitoring, and effectively improve the self-regulation capacity of learners of our country, so as to ensure the effectiveness of online education teaching, and it will enhance the effect of online education to another high. Thus, this paper provides a theoretical and practical significance so as to that network learners consciously modified learning attitude and improve self-regulation ability in the network independent Study process.
