Effective Teaching: Teacher characteristics and student learning to follow the law, through the process of teaching scientific and reasonable arrangement, with minimal time, energy and material resources, promote,stimulate and maintain student's active learning ,in order to achieve a specific teaching objectives, meet round development of students and lifelong development needs of teaching and learning activities.In this study, research results have been based on a theoretical basis to support a large number of"Effective Teaching"some of the basic issues are discussed, such as the concept definition and analysis. Research idea is: first selected English teaching video data 70 lessons under natural conditions in a middle school; then observe the results of classification studies ,summed up the typical case analysis teaching, summed up the major impact factor in the effectiveness of classroom teaching ;last, interviews to understand what the teachers think about these factors .The first part of the introduction describes the origins of the subject topics, the status of domestic and international studies, research purposes and meanings.This thesis consists of four parts:The first part of the analysis through the theoretical basis, to define the key concepts involved. From the perspective of psychology and pedagogy discussed the theory of effective teaching, according to scholars on the effectiveness of classroom teaching evaluation criteria.The second part is the research method, this thesis, the use of case analysis, group discussion and observation. The paper summarized and selection of typical classroom teaching case and analysis of the factors that affect the effectiveness of classroom teaching. This paper uses group discussion method to supplement the observation and case analysis.The third part is the conclusion of the study part of classroom observation by the results of the analysis and the typical case, by analyzing the factors affecting the effectiveness of classroom instruction divided into those factors as teachers and learner factors in education. Teachers factors : the concept of teaching in education; the professional knowledge of teachers in science and culture ; the political and ideological and moral standards of teachers; teaching wisdom and wit of teachers; the ability of teachers in education and teaching; the state of mind and responsibility of teachers . Learner factors involved: the ability of students; learning tools; the status of implementation of the principal of students in learning .
