With the pre-school education reform, the kindergarten curriculum has a profound change. The key of successful in the early childhood education reform is the professional quality of early childhood teacher. Teaching ability structures of kindergarten teachers formed by the traditional kindergarten curriculum can not meet the needs of the times developing. The new kindergarten curriculum calls for teacher's new teaching ability.This study conducted a survey from the perspective of teacher's teaching ability of new kindergarten teachers, which has one to three years teaching experience. Based on the survey, in order to analysis the really status of new kindergarten teachers teaching ability, this paper combined with interviews and field observation into the kindergarten, analysis the reasons and propose the solve countermeasures.This reach is divided into five parts.The first part is mainly elaborating the background of this study between the word development of teacher education and the cause of Chinese early childhood education reform and development. Then this part analysis the significance of this study from theoretical and practical. This study, as part of teacher education theory, from both theory and practice is enriching the theory of teacher specialization.The second part is mainly analyzed and summarized the research conditions of domestic and abroad on teaching ability of teachers and kindergarten teachers. Basis on summing up and drawing on the pervious experience expounded the subject of this study system and in-depth understandings. Meanwhile, in this part we defined the important concept of this study involved.The third part is mainly explained the purpose and research methods of this study. In this part, the study is on surveying the teaching ability of the new kindergarten teachers by questionnaires, interviewing and enter kindergarten ground for observation, and counting the survey data by excel table.In the fourth part, the study analysis the survey data. The analysis relying on the chronological order of teaching process, investigates and analyzes of the new kindergarten teacher's teaching ability status at teaching various stages, such as before, during and after, from the new kindergarten teachers overall understanding of teaching ability perspective.The fifth part is mainly based on the results of studies, reflection the current status of Chinese new kindergarten teachers'teaching ability and propose the correspondence reform proposals. This study will provide the reference for the early childhood teacher education reform; provide the basis for culture the professional quality of the early childhood teacher. This study has highly realistic and practical significance. The ultimate aim of this study is contribute to provide excellent teacher for early childhood education and made the educations of early childhood teachers can meet the needs of society better.
