Combination of conservation and education is the main principle of education in kindergarten.It is also the basic requirement of the kindergarten working regulations and the education guidelines for children.In 1989,the kindergarten management regulations promulgated by the former state education commission have been clearly stated:”Kindergartens should ensure the health of young children,cultivate children's good habit of life and health”.the kindergarten work regulations promulgated by the former state education commission also say:”The task of kindergarten is to implement the principle of combining conservation with education.Education for the comprehensive development of child implementation,intelligence,morality and beauty,promote the harmonious development of their body and mind.Guidelines on education guidelines issued in 2001(trial)say:”Kindergarten education should carry out the national education policy.Adhere to the principle of combining conservation with education.”The law on the protection of minors in the People's Republic of China say:”Kindergartens should be well protected and educated.Promote the development of child implementation,intelligence,morality and beauty.”Professional standards for kindergarten teachers clearly put forward to pay high attention to young children's life and health.And from the professional attitude,knowledge and ability to call each other.Specific requirements were put forward.The characteristics and needs of children's physical and mental development determine bonding is the basic principle of education in kindergarten.It is also a basic professional requirement for kindergarten teachers.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to improve preschool teachers' conservation ability.In the context of professional standards,this study is based on kindergarten teachers' conservation ability.Through the current kindergarten teachers on the combination of preservation and education understanding,schedule a day,care for children's daily life,to guide and assist childcare workers in class care,to investigate the status quo of education and safety education in kindergartens,finding problems with kindergarten teachers' ability to care,the causes of these problems are analyzeddeeply.Finally,the countermeasures and Suggestions to improve kindergarten teachers' conservation ability are discussed.Further enrich and improve the theory of professional ability development of kindergarten teachers.For example,strengthen the training of kindergarten teachers' conservation ability and improve their professional quality.
