Unregistered school curricula in the context of the indirect or hidden, a private manner of course, a student at school in the context of an academic experience. It is in the formal school curriculum, cultural and charisma, academic atmosphere and learning environment, teachers and students, the humanities concern, the school environment, the campus life, and spirits, etc. Often tacit course of implementation in planning, the unintended, the characteristics of arbitrariness. Recessive course of university activities is aware to the general quality produce.The relationship between students and teachers is an old topic, in the traditional subjects are dominated by the dominant mode of education, the relationship between teachers and students is in the center. This model, is not very suitable for the present social and educational development needs, and therefore lead to the relationship between teachers and students of many conflicts. The research aims to pass the college students and teachers with the present analysis, to explore how to use of unregistered course of education to improve relations between the functions of teachers and students, the establishment of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
