Thus, children of 3 to 7 years with the mother rearing theory and practical significance. This paper, the subjects were divided into three sectors: the intellectual class, individual business groups and farmers, the unemployed groups, and mothers in these sectors of reason and nature of the relationship between child care as a starting point of conflict between mother and child.Studies in the Philosophy for Children and Family Education to sort out the theory, based on document analysis, observation, interview and study the literature and through observation and interview data analysis, research the following conclusions: (1) intelligentsia of the mother and child conflict lies as, the dominant rational adults, excessive demands and rational nature of the development of child restraints; (2) of the individual business sectors of the mother and sometimes demanding a rational children, but also and sometimes beyond the control of its own nature; (3) farmers and unemployed mothers in parenting, the nature of their dominant position, when the children born of such nature and contradictory nature, the mother-child conflict .Finally, the previous analysis based on the education of the mother in the family of measures taken to make constructive suggestions for the mother to become a qualified to provide a reference.
