| Work and family are the two main areas of an individual’s life.When people face the conflict between work and family,they try to find a relative balance between them.The economic and social development of a place is closely related to the workers at all levels of the organization system.The workers in this system are often faced with practical problems such as urgent tasks,long hours and high requirements,which make it difficult to take care of their families.The current domestic research on work family conflict mainly nurses,teachers,civil servants,doctors,professional women as the object,but for the public sector organization system,the worker’s working families basic didn’t impact study,so it is necessary to focus on this paper discusses the current situation of organization system,the worker work family conflict and factor analysis,multidimensional explore the effective strategies for mitigation work family conflict.Taking the employees of the organization system of YB city as the survey object,this study takes individual interviews to preliminarily understand the current situation.With the help of the questionnaire,a total of 340 effective questionnaires are recovered.After analyzing the data of the questionnaire,we can get the following conclusions.First,the degree of work family conflict of the organization workers in YB city is high and the degree of family work conflict is low.Some demographic work characteristics and family characteristics have certain differences in different work family conflict variables.Secondly,the work requirements of organizational workers in YB city are at the upper middle level,while work pressure and sense of organizational support belong to the upper middle level and lower middle level respectively.Thirdly,the job requirements of organization workers in YB city are positively correlated with work family conflict and negatively correlated with family work conflict.There is a positive correlation between work stress and work family conflict,but there is a negative correlation between it and family work conflict,while the sense of organizational support maintains a positive correlation and negative correlation with family work and work family respectively.In addition,the job requirements and work pressure of workers in YB city group have a positive impact on work and family,while for the sense of organizational support,it will have a negative impact on the conflict between work and family.Finally,the paper based on the current situation from the units,individuals,families,social level in-depth analysis the cause of the family conflict,and from a personal regulation,unit of choose and employ persons,family support,social support and so on four levels,proposed the organization system can effectively alleviate YB city worker work for the significance of family conflict strategy. |
