The heart rate variability reflects sympathetic nervous system and the parasympathetic nervous system excitability sensitive indicators, HRV has become a diagnosis, and it is one of motor function assessment. HRV is affected by many factors.to analyzed heart rate variability factors of the competitive sports aerobics college athletes;to analyzed of competitive situations in calisthenics HRV factors of Athletes; analysis factor that the increasing load of quantitative competitive aerobics HRV college athletes and ordinary.Experiment 1:In order to explore heart rate variability of the Aerobics athletes, using heart rate telemetry instrument of Finland (polar RS800) we analyses the HRV time domain, frequency domain of the athletes throughout the course. Methods:All athletes start at 6m/s initial speed, increasing at rate of 2 m/s, whole test time 6 min. The results showed that:(1)Comparing the age group, there is difference between LF,LF/HF(p<0.05),no differences in other indicators;comparing the professional group, there is significant differences in HRp, SD2 (p<0.01);differences in SD1,LF (p<0.05),no differences in other indicators;comparing the heart rate group, there is significant differences in HRp,SD1,SD2 (p<0.01),no differences in other indicators.(2) Comparing the male and female athletes, there is no differences in age group of all HRV variability indicators. There is significant differences in HRp, SD2, RMSSD (p<0.01)of professional groups.Other mutations showed no differences. In a comparison of heart rate there is significant difference in HRp, SD1,SD2 (p<0.01), difference in RMSSD (p<0.05),other mutations showed no differences;comparing the female athletes:there is significant difference in HRp, SD2 (p<0.01).Other mutations showed no differences.Comparing the Heart rate groups, there is significant difference in HRp,SD2 (p<0.01).Other mutations showed no differences. Comparing the results of age groups, there differences in LF/HF (p<0.05), other mutations showed no difference (3)Comparing the professional groups:no statistical significance in group 1 and the athlete;two group comparison shows that there is no difference in SD1,LF/HF (p<0.05).Other mutations showed no differences; comparing the heart rate group, there is significant difference in HRp (p<0.01); difference in SD1,SD2,RMSSD (p<0.05),other mutations showed no differences. Results:HRV indicator can be used as an effective indicator for monitoring their effect and make an initial attempt for the further quantify exercise.Experiment 2:In order to explore aerobics athletes heart rate's variability before the game, using the method of simulating competition before the game, we analysis the HRV's time domain and frequency during the entire competition process with the Finnish polar RS800 heart rate telemetry remote sensing instrument. We intercept the 90s before the entire action completion, each for a period of 30s. The result shows that:(1)SD1 has difference (p<0.05) compared with the heart rate and training period in addition to pre-30s interception data; the other two figures show no difference in heart rate variability of professional-grade, heart rate, gender, training period and the sexual.(2) After the comparisons with the pre-30s and 30s, the HRp (average heart rate), SD1,SD2,total power, VLF, LF\HF have significant difference (p=0.000);and the same with RMSSD (p=0.03);but HF and LF have no difference. (3) Comparing with the intermediate 30s and the last 30s,SD2 and LF\HF have significant difference(p<0.01);HRp, total power and VLF have differences (p<0.05); other indicators have no difference(p> 0.05).The result shows that:(1)The HRV factors of Competitive Aerobics athletes, the training period, heart rate classification, professional classification and sex all have no significant differences::However, the individual indicators such as the SD1,SD2, RMSSD and HF have difference in different team. (2) HRV of Competitive Aerobics has differences in different part of entire action completion under the different intensity. (3)The change characteristics of HRV in moderate strength and submaximal strength are similar with the one in moderate strength and maximal strength,.but it has difference with the characteristics in submaximal and maximal strength.Experiment 3:The first abIn order to explore heart rate variability of the Aerobics athletes, using heart rate telemetry instrument of Finland (polar RS800) we analyses the HRV time domain, frequency domain of the athletes throughout the course.
