Heart rate variability analysis can be used as reflect the autonomic nervous on the cardiovascular system adjust a valuable situation of non-invasive method. In young children in a similar situation, such as children's heart rate variability in pediatric disease with some lower often state such as heart failure, obesity and diabetes, and closely related, heart rate variability reduced the deterioration of the illness that children. Research shows that exercise training can improve on cardiovascular autonomic nervous adults adjust function. In adults, with physical quality improvement, especially the biggest improvement of perturbation of oxygen, cardiovascular autonomic nervous also appears obvious adaptive change, performance for heart rate variability increases. However, in this field of research, adolescents, especially adolescence stage less healthy young after sports training would improve the autonomic nervous regulation or unclear.This research chose in adolescence phase of a group of high load training athletes and a group of middle-long-distance basketball player, and a group of high school students had no systematic sports training as control group, watch their heart rate variability in quiet state whether there is difference, to determine whether will improve sports training the young autonomic nerve adolescent stage adjustment function.
