?Research purposes?:Whether in professional athlete training and mass fitness training or sports rehabilitation therapy,in order to improve sports performance, physical fitness, and physical rehabilitation, the body needs to be stimulated with appropriate exercise load. However, the degree suitability of the exercise load varies from person to person and varies from one sporting goal to another, which makes it particularly important and complex to assess whether exercise load is appropriate. Therefore, how to assess the appropriate exercise load in the process of body movement has been an important issue in the field of sports science research for a long time, mainly reflected from the initial survey questionnaire and training log,and gradually developed into the physiological indicators taken by the laboratory. The questionnaires are affected by individual differences and subjective players and other factors,so the accuracy is not strong.Although the physiological indicators adopted by the laboratory are highly precise, they are almost always derived from the collection of blood and oxygen consumption. Most of these samples are inconvenient to collect and some are traumatic. The monitoring equipment is so expensive that sampling and monitoring are bothersome. Therefore, researchers have again focused on related indicators that facilitate rapid acquisition and have no impact on the training or exercise process and non-invasive ECG signals.Because studies have shown that changes in exercise load can cause changes in the autonomic nervous system, the HRR and HRV indicators in ECG signals are direct indicators of changes in the autonomic nervous system. Therefore, this study attempts to link the HRV and HRR changes in ECG signals with changes in exercise load. Therefore, the correlation between the relevant index values collected through the experiment and the exercise load is intended to provide some theoretical references for estimating the exercise load using HRV and HRR.?Research methods?:(1)Collection of maximum oxygen uptake(hereinafter referred to as VO2max):The ers.2ergoline cardiopulmonary function recovery system's power cycle and portable VO2 max system were used to directly test the maximal oxygen uptake of each person. The maximal oxygen uptake test device is Bluetooth-linked to a computer, and the computer's dedicated analysis software automatically calculates the maximal oxygen uptake value of the subject.(2)Determine the exercise load required for the study: According to the VO2 maxvalue of each subject to determine their large, medium, and low load based on each person's 90%VO2max,70%VO2max,50%VO2max.(3)Collection of ECG information and indicators: During the 3-month experiment, the highest heart rate during exercise was recorded, the heart rate and movement displayed at three time points of 1,2,and 3 minutes after the termination of exercise were recorded. The average heart rate from 0 to 15 seconds in the resting state after termination were recorded. At the same time, the electrocardiograms of Pre5,Post5 and Post30 were collected at each load.(4)Statistical processing data: Using Excel to firstly count the R-R interval values of the three phases of the electrocardiogram Pre5,Post5,and Post30,and calculate the RMSSD value and the TLHRV value that reflect the HRV.Secondly, using Excel to count and calculate the relevant heart rate collected, and obtain the ?HRR value and HRr% value reflecting the HRR.(5)Data analysis: SPSS19.0 statistical analysis software was used to perform normal distribution test,one-way analysis of variance, and other tests of each index value,so as to further perform Correlation analysis between RMSSD value,TLHRV value,?HRR value,HRr% value and exercise load changes separately.(6)Using logical analysis to analyze the research results.?Research result?:(1)After testing, the values of ?HRR,HRr%,TLHRV,and RMSSD at each stage have statistical significance. In other words, there was a significant difference between groups in the values of each load(P<0.05).RMSSD values showed significant differences between Pre5 and Post5,Post5 and Post30(P<0.05).So these data can be further correlated with the exercise load.(2)The correlation coefficient R between ?HR1 and exercise load was-0.862(P<0.05),so there was a strong negative correlation between them. The correlation coefficients between ?HR2,?HR3 and exercise load were 0.777 and 0.607respectively(P<0.05).Therefore,there is a positive correlation, but the correlation is not strong.(3)The correlation coefficient R between HRr% and exercise load is-0.829(P<0.05),so the change between them has a strong negative correlation.(4)There was a strong negative correlation between the RMSSD value and the change of exercise load: the negative correlation between the RMSSD value and exercise load during the Post5 stage(R=-0.818;P<0.05).There was a strong negative correlation between the RMSSD value and exercise load at Post30(R=-0.930;P<0.05).(5)The correlation coefficient R between TLHRV and exercise load was 0.943(P<0.05).So there is a strong positive correlation between them.?Research conclusion?:(1)After exercise, heart rate recovery indicators(?HR1 and HRr%)showed a strong negative correlation with exercise load.As the exercise load increases,?HR1and HRr% decrease.(2)Among the index values of heart rate variability, the RMSSD values at 5minutes post-exercise and 30 minutes post-exercise showed a strong negative correlation with exercise load.As the exercise load increased, the RMSSD value decreased;TLHRV values and the exercise load shows a strong positive correlation. As the exercise load increases, the TLHRV increases.
