Philosophy of new Curriculum education proposes that the traditional way of teaching that teachers "teach" and students "learn" has its inevitable shortcomings. Teachers ignored the students initiative in traditional injection classroom in which the representative example is cramming education.In this model,students'personality and self-expression suppressed,which lead to low interest in learning and insufficient learning capacity. Long-term reform of educational practice has proved that only students themselves want to learn and love science, music school and be given independence, their learning ability can get a larger raise. Danyang Sixth Middle School,located in Jiangsu Province, applied for a national project on "students self-learning Strategy" .It has always been studied by us. With the actual situation in my school I did a careful investigation and consideration. I think that implementation of independent learning in chemistry class is ideal for changing teaching. It can most likely activate the students own ability to learn by themselves. This teaching model is not only beneficial for students to grasp a deeper knowledge but also allow them to experience and feel the onset and development of knowledge.They can also develop a scientific attitude and acquire scientific method which lay a solid foundation for their long learning.This research,which used theory of constructivism,focused on independent learning in chemistry experimentsal education of middle school.It included these following links,such as self-learning→discovery problem→establish goal of self-Study→search information→group discussion→determine experimental program→experimental study→analysis date and summary. This needed to contact materials to carry out independent study and experimental exploration. Method of dual literature research, lessons learned, survey research and case study can be used on the basis of experimental research. Tracking student learning activities in self-test process, paying attention to student learning, thinking skills, practical ability, creativity and personality development and other aspects of change; Thinking and summing up philosophy, teaching methods in chemical experimental teaching to make teachers update and improve their own quality; Groping teaching procedures in independent study in chemistry.I hope this can provide some experience and references for my school in self-learning education reform of middle school chemistry experiments teaching.This paper showed that students'interest,their learning ability and the teachers'teaching way changed a lot owing to carring out independent learning activities in chemistry experiments in middle school.The students got a great achievement and their self-learning awareness, consciousness and sense of community self-management has been significantly improved. Students'cooperative learning ability, practical ability and innovation capacity has also been strengthened.Under the influence of new ideas of education reform, changing the way that students"learn"and teachers passively "taught" to students active "learning" has become the consensus of many teachers. Many schools also carry out some teaching practice activities which are conducive to independent learning, but most teachers still remain in line with teacher-centered mode of teaching. Thery belive not or dare not,or do not letStudents carry out independent learning, but I belive that by other's fault,wise men correct their own.I hope my research can provide some reference.
