This paper, based on literature review, discussed the rationales of error reflection: Trial and Error Learning Theory, Knowledge Management Theory and Metacognitive Theory. According to the questionnaire survey and interviewes with students, this research found out the conditions of error reflection in high school chemistry, and proposed seven strategies for students and teachers. Then the researcher put one strategy, that is a project learning on errors, to use in her chemistry teaching for more than one year, and got some satisfied results. The students who participated in research made large progresses in their chemistry learning, got more deeply understandings of the value of the errors, and drove their classmates to reflect errors like them. In addition, the teacher who participated in research felt her chemistry teaching became more nichetargeting and more effective.
