In April 2003 the Ministry of Education developed a "high school mathematics curriculum standard" (hereinafter referred to as the "standard"). In September 2005 Jiangsu Province started using the "standard" package of teaching materials for Jiangsu. The province's students in 2008 first time under the new curriculum requirements took part in the college entrance mathematics exam.In the use of mathematics teaching materials for Jiangsu, teachers also have found some problems. The content of function chapters is relatively simple; inequality lags behind on teaching content; especially solving a quadratic inequality related to teaching doesn't appear until in the compulsory 5.This essay draws conclusions by sorting out the teaching content of junior high and high school inequality, through a questionnaire survey and by analyzing the inequality of teaching content differences obetween the 2003 version of the People's Education Press and 2007 Inequalities for Jiangsu. This essay also analyze the effects on inequality studies without solving a quadratic inequality in education. And finally it is concluded: Inequality content of teaching is best if inequality and additional teaching content goes separately.
