The article is based on studying the concept of self-image , as well as the characteristics, effects and mechanism,which aims to help students be aware of the significance of modeling active self-image. In the premise and basis of helping students realize the importance of building active self-image (especially biological self-image) , I tend to aid students to strengthen and keep on an active self-image, combining Correcting cognition and changing behaviour in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy . If active self-image is compared to find the reason of the disease, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy will be consolidated as a condition; If changing self-image and rebuilding students'confidence belong to intensifying by "addition", Cognitive Behaviour Therapy is to strengthen students form positive self-image by subtraction. In the teaching aims, the writer definites the concept of the self-image, intending to optimize the educational environment. In order to cultivate good self-image, the writer studies varieties of teaching materials and reforms the old teaching methods. The modern ways of teaching are not only used in class, but also out of class, such asindividual interviews, special lecture and SMS management.During the research of the subject, we can help students to rebuild learning confidence, or at least it is of great help to improve their attitude on study ,so that students can throw themselves into their study actively;, Furthermore, with the help of healthy and active self-image, students are much easier to enjoy the life of happiness and joys through positive and optimistic attitude into the future life !...
