| China has achieved remarkable economic development and greatly improved the quality of people’s lives,which has also led to a series of juvenile delinquency issues.Therefore,China has invested a lot of energy and financial resources in the cause of reducing juvenile delinquency,which has also led to a continuous decrease in the proportion of juvenile delinquency in our country.However,there are still some minors who have taken the path of breaking the law and committing crimes,not only allowing them to accept legal sanctions,At the same time,it is also necessary to allow them to receive professional help and education activities.Therefore,how to allow delinquent minors to receive more professional help and education activities has become a growing concern in our country.This paper adopts the method of case study,relies on the Procuratorate of L City,takes Little Z as the object,and studies the intervention process of helping and teaching activities in field practice.Through the social investigation and analysis of the case owner,it is found that the main problems of the case owner Little Z are the existence of irrational cognition,bad emotions and deviant behaviors.This paper explores the positive significance of cognitive behavioral therapy in helping and teaching minors involved in crimes.It is also of good significance to enhance the sense of self-esteem and identity of minors involved in the crime.In the process of practice,Socratic talk is used to guide the clients to discover their irrational cognition and reshape their rational cognition.Meditation and desensitization exercises are used to reduce the clients’ anxiety and inferiority,and legal education and behavioral therapy techniques and assertive training are used to change their bad behaviors.The service effect was evaluated by the front and back comparison of SAS Anxiety Self-Rating Scale,Cartel 16-item Personality Test Scale,Rosenberg Self-confidence Scale and Irrational Cognition Table.The results showed that cognitive behavioral therapy had obvious effect on the help and education of minors involved in crime,and the irrational cognition,bad emotions and deviant behaviors of the clients were all improved.Finally,the author makes reflection and suggestions on the process of helping and teaching.Through professional reflection,ethical reflection,social worker’s role and reflection on the causes and phenomena of affray,the author analyzes the matters we should pay attention to in the process of service and reflects on why affray cases occur frequently.Some suggestions on how to help and teach judicial social workers are put forward,such as "improving social recognition of social work" and ""Improve the professionalism of judicial social workers" and "Enhance the self-efficacy of case owners". |
