Construction Of The New Learning Community

The application of Learning Community Theory (LCT) into the school and class to improve the education effect has been the concern of more and more people in the education field. The research described the new learning community to prevent and solve the Underachiever based on the prevention and transformation of the story is all about the development of new learning community, which showed that the Underachiever whole procedure of the new learning community development and some questions and ideas put forward during this procedure. The teacher of H junior school, students and related parents acted as the subject in this story and the researcher took part in the whole procedure.This study mainly adopts narrative research in its attempts to learning disability students in their academic study and innovative of the law. Analysis and research studies in the complex causes of learning disability students and its transformation strategy in the prevention and the use of organizational strength of the team proposed to solve the problem of the education sector for many years confused. It is in this background, began questioning the theory of learning community. Multiple interactive research is the trend of post-modern educational concepts, but also to stay current in the main object of educational philosophy was an interrogation, it is a social education questioning of uncertainty. Organizations together for the use of the transformation of Learning Disability is a new idea, it is a learning community of practice and progress.From the systematic and colonial viewpoint, the new insight was created for the research on the learning disabilities under the inspiration of community theory, the surportment of synergism theory and also under the perspective of the education socialization. The researcher believed that the new learning community could work rather than in the fixed way. It could work well in more flexible and self organized way under the direction of cooperation, which will bring wider development space for the learning community. The new learning community will compose stronger colonial motivation, complement the difference of membership and implement the operation to achieve the mutual goal of the member in this community.
