Under the impact of the network, blog to learn is not only increasingly integrated into public life, but also improves the learner's learning style and effectiveness. Risechina Science Education Blog Group created by the team made up by the teachers and the students of Science Education Institute of Guangxi Normal University is a good example.The team in May 2006 launched the platform Risechina Science Education Blog Group, which is an end-user for the elementary and secondary teachers'normal education, and has co-builded a web-based platform for inquiry learning interactive with the Risechina Science Education Network, whose main line is scientific inquiry together with quality resources.The platform not only helps the teachers and the students of science education research and the front-line teachers and basic education teachers to achieve a smooth docking, but also does resources and academic services for basic education; at the same time, it has realized the professional guidance for the reform of basic education curriculum.Blog platform with a wealth of special resources, a high degree of openness and interaction, has provided a powerful message of support for for science education research. By sharing, openness and enhanced interactivity, it has formed a professional scientific online community for the teachers education. Ended by December 31, 2009, the people registered the blog are up to 853, the articles of the blog are up to 8766, and the replies are up to 14547, the influence is growing day by day,and has been described as one of the 10 outstanding peer education blogs.For inquiry the science education problems from daily life and teaching process, platform Risechina Science Education Blog is a very attractive, very open blog platform for professional academic. The platform has agglomerated science education experts, academics, front-line science teachers, science education graduate and undergraduate students, other persons concerned about science education and so on. Taking the dynamic of research work, curriculum learning, teacher training and other science education activities as the institute's core theme, it has attracted a lot of front-line science teachers to participate in, and eventually grow into the core participants of the platform and become a member of the team, which has effectively realized the support to teaching process and the share of network resources, and become a platform for open communication and interaction. From wonderful paragraphs'discussion, you can feel that the the team's mind sparks are in the jump and the wisdom of education is flashing.In the process, facing the free and open sharing mechanism, facing the new field of science education, everyone is the learner of the platform , and can learn knowledge from the platform, and shares their views and opinions in the platform, and practises their advanced cooperative inquiry learning philosophy.Throough theory with practice, they become the science education researchers and practitioners and promote the development of research in science education in China.As the participants and beneficiaries, based on my own practice experiences, my first hand experiences and my research capabilities, I want to dig through the content of the blog platform to discover the secret by the study. To the blog platform which is for learning of scientific knowledge for the public and exploring the related idea of science education, this thesis is to address the following three main issues: 1. Whether the people gathered in the blog platform can form a Science Education Learning Community? 2. As a science education researcher, what are the features constructed their own blog-based knowledge? 3. Can Risechina Science Education Group Blog become a platform for Synergistic Learning?Through collecting and systemizing the data on the platform, this thesis quantitatively describes the general features of the platform--those that taking the science education as the core, relying on the teachers and the students of the Science Education Institute in Guangxi Normal University Institute, compositing by the diverse staff, owning the core participants, creat the science education blog group having a certain influence in domestic. This thesis also uses content analysis approach to analyze the participatory features of the interaction for science education and learning community—which can surround the topic, science education, to discuss and learn,especially inquiry learning; can use the eyes of science to discover the problems of life; dare to issue their own views and argue for each question at the open and abroad network environment; can reach a common construction of knowledge through the research of the group. By analyzing the log and the relations between each other's replies, the thesis discusses the knowledge building process with distinctive characteristics of the science education community--self-initiation and active participation; free time and unlimited space; opening to share and growing together; attention for the instant problem and refusing knowledge instilling; concerning about the learning process, weakening the pursuit of the answer; interaction decentralized and non-human control. And according to the questionnaires, the thesis studies the effect of Synergistic Learning of the community, based on the blog—as a learning platform, Risechina Science Education blog group can establish the good, organic, collaborative development relations among information, knowledge, action, emotion and value;In interactive level, issues related to science education can inspire the depth of interaction of community; through some log management and organization, such as project logs, also can provide good information aggregation mechanisms;Information processing level can provide the knowledge building mechanism of team-mind operating and co-operation exploring.
