Create A Learning Community Research

Learning leads to success for doing anything. It is required by human’s surviving and the development of the times. It is emphasized to construct learning community of learning of the whole people and learning of the whole life during the Sixteenth, Seventeenth and Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. Community is a miniature of society and it is the most basic social unit. It also is an important platform for promoting social stability and sustainable development. So community in China must transfer to multifunctional and learning one. It has an important and practical significance for establishing a learning community.During the researching of this subject, after taking part in some practical activities and according to the Fifth Discipline Theory put forward by Dr.Peter M.Senge, it is generalized and concluded to the following five aspects. One is comprehension to the theory of learning organization and the heart of other theories related to it. The second is strengthening to construct the leadership team of community. The third is giving prominence to build ideological and moral education. The fourth is paying attention to community education. The fifth is finding out all kinds of community resources. To make sure above five aspects, it should be done as followings. Firstly, theoretical evidences are taken as guiding ideology. Secondly, lead agency is the basic guarantee. Third, main content is the key target. Then, carrying out learning is the main way. Last, pushing development is the important strategy. From theoretical to practical, these make up a complete system perfectly complement each other. It gives some inspires according to analyzing typical case from Yulin city. It will have some findings and innovations so long as all leaders of community go deep into basic units and are with a pair of perceived eyes. When building learning community the first thing is human factor and popularizing the typical case to adapt the needs of the public it will have powerful drive then learning community will be able to develop rapidly. In order to deeply proceed to build learning community it should carry out works from above five aspects to be satisfied with basic requirements and point out the thinking of innovations. And then a ideal mode of learning community is put forward from attitude atmosphere, leadership system, the sources of funds, learning way and evaluation system and also the long term direction of striving is pointed out for building learning community.
