To Promote College Students' Ideological And Political Education Work Innovative Ideas And Countermeasures

It is of great significance to promote the innovation of ideological and political education work of college students, enhance their ideological and political quality, cultivate them to be the qualified builders and successors for the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics, in order to ensure the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics is flourishing and has no lack of successors.It is a fact that the ideological and political education work of college students still has a large gap and unoptimistic situation, in contrast to the expectations of the overwhelming majority of people,the need of national career development and college students'growth.In this paper,only innovate in such four aspects,the growth environment,system and organization,method and content,education and beliefs, can the ideological and political education work in Chinese universities can reduce the gap efficiently, achieve the actual effect authentically and make some breakthroughs.This paper is on the basis of the one which summarize the significance of promoting the innovation of the ideological and political education work of college students,to further study on the following three aspects Firstly, it analyzes the present situation and reasons of the ideological and political education work of college students.
