Research On The Innovation Of College Student Ideological And Political Work Supported By Information Technology

With the rapid development of network information technology in the new era,various forms of new media emerge in an endless stream,bringing unprecedented opportunities to the ideological and political education of colleges and universities,and also poses severe challenges.Exploring the use of information means to promote the innovative development of ideological and political work,studing the use of modern information technology to support ideological and political education,and using the new carrier to promote the ideological and political method innovation by focusing on the goal of "using new media and new technologies to make ideological and political work alive and enhance the sense of contemparaneity and attraction" are the important and urgent realistic tasks.On the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign information on the use of information technology carriers to carry out ideological and political work in colleges and universities,by using Dali University as a survey case,I take questionnaire survey method and interview survey to conduct empirical research and study.A total of 910 questionnaires were collected from various departments and colleges of the university,as well as from students and ideological and political workers of the Dali University;and I interview some full-time ideological and political workers and students to comprehensively grasp the actual situation of information technology supporting the student ideological and political work of Dali university.In view of the current situation of the use of information technology in the ideological and political work of Dali University,I explore and analyze the relevant theories of the relationship between information technology carriers and ideological and political work of college students,and according to consult all kinds of papers and works of relevant materials,I probe into the problem of using information technology carrier to promote the innovation and development of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.The questionnaire survey is mainly conducted from five aspects that are independent yet related to each other: the importance of using information technology to carry out students' ideological and political work,the use of information technology carriers in students' ideological and political work,the construction of information technology software and hardware needed for students' ideological and political work,the overall management of information technology in students' ideological and political work,and the information literacy of subject and object in ideological and political work.Based on survey data andinterview information,and I found that Dali University has paid attention to the use of information technology in ideological and political work,but lacks sufficient understanding.In ideological and political work,various types of information technology have been used but not sufficient.Information technology facilities have been invested but still insufficient.There is a gap between top-level design and overall management.The information technology literacy of ideological and political work teams needs to be improved,and the summary and promotion of the typical experience of the use of information technology needs to be strengthened.On the basis of finding the reasons for the problems,the paper puts forward five countermeasures and suggestions to further use the information technology carrier to promote the innovative development of students' ideological and political work: attach importance to information technology to support ideological and political work,and shape the new trend of moral education informationization campus;innovate the carrier form of students' ideological and political work and construct new means of information education;reinforce the construction of information technology carrier hardware resources,expand new resources of informationized campus;strengthen top-level design and overall management to create a new environment for network education campus;improve the information literacy of the ideological and political work force to build a new frontier for online education.Through investigation and study of individual cases,I have a deep and specific understanding of the application of information technology of students and ideological and political workers,summarize the types of information technology applied in ideological and political work in Dali university,the degree of its application and the situation of the under-applied information technology,find out the problems existing in the application of information technology in carrying out ideological and political work and the situation that information technology fails to fully support ideological and political work,analyze the subjective and objective reasons for the low utilization rate and development degree of information technology.From a multidimensional perspective of depth development and application of modern information technology,I specifically and comprehensively explore many applicable information technology methods and means in line with the actual ideological and political work in colleges and universities in order to support the ideological and political work in colleges and universities carrier innovation,make ideological and political work more contemporary and attractive,and provide reference for the realization of the scientization,modernization and informationalization of ideological and political work incolleges and universities.
